Whenever I came to Starbucks, I get the best services along with the product. This makes me motivated to represent such an organization.
Also, the other best thing about the company is the way they care for their employees. I have heard about the benefits they provide to their staff who works for twenty hours a week. The benefits include health insurance, stocks, free coffees, and much more. When an organization provides this kinda treatment or care to their staff, then employees also do their best for the company and gives the best customer service to the people.
My favorite drink at Starbucks is Caramel Latte it is usually available on the holiday menu. This feels to be the perfect combination of warmth and sweetness with the add-on of caramel flavor.

According to my, customer service is to ensure to provide the best services from the time when the customer steps into the store to when they finish their drink or food to step out.
You have to make sure that you are making them happy enough so that they will return for their next coffee here only. We need to do anything to make them feel a bit special when they are in the store.
I won’t be adjusting with the quality of the product, I will let them know that the particular drink or ingredients are not available right now and we won’t be able to make the same thing that they have ordered. But I would like to tell them the list of other alternatives that they can order with briefing their importance one by one until the customer finds another product they would like to buy.
I will go to the customer’s table and politely ask them to explain the problem and will understand what drink they ordered and what they got. If I will found that the drinks got mixed up, I will apologize for it and make the new drink right away.
If there is some other issue with their drink such as level of sweetness or something else then I will ask them to share their taste and will upgrade the same drink accordingly.
Yes, I will be available in all the shifts whenever you need me. The only concern I have is to let me know the plan of my work before a couple of days so that I can prioritize the other things accordingly.
Note: You have to understand that such a job requires you to work on holidays and some of the time. So make sure you are not saying NO here, if this is a concern for you then this is not the right job for you.
If I found that the customer is not happy with the drink they ordered, I would approach the customer and confirm if he or she is not liking the drink. Then I will talk to them and understand their taste and expectation with this drink and make the new drink according to the inputs shared by them. Doing this will build trust with us and makes the customer happy again!
