You have to be careful while answering this question as here the interviewer is interested in knowing the reason behind leaving your current job. You will be judged when you say that you get bored, or have some conflicts with the teammates or seniors. So please don’t use these negative words in your answer instead focus on appreciating the new opportunity that gives you the chance to upskill yourself. In the end, you can mention your conflicts in a sarcastic way so that you will not get judged.

In this question, you will be judged whether you read the job description carefully or not. You did some research about the company or not. So be careful while answering this question. The perfect answer can be: From the mentioned job description, I am assuming this position involves the development and designing of the websites. I understand that you need a candidate from a technical background who can help or manage the projects individually by maintaining high-quality standards, for these things I am very well trained.
