How would you handle special requests from customers?
In such scenarios, I will have a discussion with customers to know more about their special requests, like why they need it and for what reasons. And I am pretty sure they have no issues in sharing that information with me. After listening to the customer's request, I will look at my end. If this is something that I can address, then I will be pleased to accept their offer.
