How would you explain a complex technical issue to a client?
In this situation consider your client from Non-Technical department and then let them understand the issue-
- Time Factor- Tell the issue in a more understandable way and in a particular frame.
- Business Objective- It is very important to show your progress and goals to the client so that they would better understand the issue.
- Uncover Side Issues- Don't get afraid of side issues to discuss with the clients.
