Be very clear in your answer. Tell them all the reasons why that particular school or program suited you. It could be their course, activities, job placement, staff, and location.

ST means Situation or Task which in the above case is lack of information, A means Action which you took to solve the problem and R means results, the positive results which you have achieved.

If one thing I could change would be the communication gap. I think communication is the key line for any project. I would really like to change the communication gap and create a stronger line of communication between the two teams.

Tell them about your real failure by explaining it quickly and clearly. Take responsibility rather than making excuses for that failure. Show them that you have learned something from and successfully moved from it.

It's always challenging to describe your personality and that too in limited words. But keep in mind that it is a non-blind interview. The interviewer already has a letter of recommendation and can sense how your previous employees actually assess you. They just want to see how much your perception lines up with your reality. So be real.

This question gives you an opportunity to speak about difficult situations. Everyone has flaws. The interviewer just wants to know how you turned a low and negative situation into a learning opportunity. You can show your conflict resolution skills by explaining to them the resolution of the failure.
